If you can’t decide on a first dance song for your wedding, why not choose a bunch of your favorites and get an audio savvy friends to link them together for you into one song for the first dance at your wedding reception like Glee’s mashups.

This couple’s first dance is so original and I guarantee all of their friends had a blast watching them. The video made me laugh so hard I was rewinding to replay some of the funniest parts. The best part about this kind of dance is that you don’t really need to know how to dance, you just need to know how to have fun!

I love the bodice of this dress. It is adorned with hundreds of twinkling crystals and the multi-tiered ruffled organza skirt is gorgeous!  There is a little bit of ruffle along the bust to mimic the waves in the skirt. To accessorize this wedding dress, I would put on some sparkling earrings with pearls and a simple bracelet and/or necklace.

I love the deep blue color of this Alfred Sung dress available from the Dessy Group. The pleating at the bust and the knee length skirt make it flirty and elegant. It’s a great choice for bridesmaid dresses in a spring wedding.

Which one do you love the most?

This is my favorite trash the dress photo that I have ever seen!! Bride Cheryl and photographer Liam from Applehead Studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia chose the ultimate destruction for trashing Cheryl’s dress – fire. The resulting photo from the shoot is striking.

I love how the light of the fire gives Cheryl a nice warm glow. Thanks Cheryl and Liam for being willing to burn the dress for the shoot. It took a lot of courage knowing that you only get one chance to get the shot you’re looking for!!
